Steno was founded in Los Angeles in 2018. We are a quickly growing legal technology startup with a very simple core purpose – “to improve the litigation process.” Our team is highly reliable, constantly innovative, and operates with a hospitality mindset in every single way. Seriously. While this is a fast-paced environment, the opportunity for growth is abundant.
In the last three years, Steno has grown from a small team of 9 in Los Angeles, to a fully remote team of over 150 people working across the nation. Our team is incredibly diverse and brings a unique blend of backgrounds in law, technology, operations, and finance. By realizing our values through work, our team has achieved cohesion that has produced amazing results in just a short time (if we do say so ourselves).
